Metal Milling

The material of a specified shape can be formed by a CNC milling machine, which is mainly through its high-speed rotating cutting tool. Using the milling cutter to cut on the workpiece, surface milling, contour milling, drilling, tapping, etc. can be achieved. Usually, the tool of the milling machine can be replaced as needed to adapt to different processing. In addition, the material is mounted on a rotating table so that the tool can be processed from different angles.
CNC Turning

CNC turning is a computer-controlled technology. It is mainly used to process rotating bodies such as cylindrical and conical shapes. The workpiece is fixed in the chuck and rotated while the tool moves axially or radially to remove material. CNC turning can complete the processing of internal and external circles, end faces, threads and complex contours. All operations are performed automatically based on the CAD model uploaded to the CNC lathe. With our new CNC lathe, we can produce high-precision parts in 2 days.
