We have extensive experience in meeting a wide range of 3D printing requirements, from prototyping to production: visual aids, concept models, injection molded prototypes, form-fit and function prototypes, tooling and casting patterns, jigs, jigs and fixtures, and durable final parts.

FDM 3D printing

Precisely build custom parts by depositing molten thermoplastic materials layer by layer. Applicable to a variety of solid plastic materials to create initial designs and functional prototypes, it is also very suitable for small batch production needs. The dimensional accuracy of FDM 3D printed parts is high, up to ±0.5%, and the lower limit of the minimum detail size is ±0.5 mm, ensuring the high precision and high quality of the product. SLS 3D Printing

  • Hot chamber die casting, also known as gooseneck casting, is a fairly fast process with a typical casting cycle of only 15 to 20 minutes. It allows for high volume production of relatively complex parts. The process is suitable for low melting point alloys such as zinc, rare alloys, and copper.

  • 2. Cold Chamber Die Casting

  • The cold chamber die casting process is a very important process that helps reduce heat and solves the problems of machine scratches and related component corrosion. This process is mainly used for high melting point alloys such as aluminum, magnesium, certain copper and iron alloys.
